Returns We Accept
We accept returns only if:
Your item is defective due to manufacturing/workmanship, or
We shipped the wrong item due to a fulfillment error.
We do not accept returns for:
Personalized/custom products,
Change of mind, or
Buyer mistakes (wrong choice/incorrect details provided).
Fixing mistakes before we process:
Pre-Orders: contact us within 1–2 days after purchase
Ready-to-Ship: contact us within 1–2 days after purchase

Return Window
Returns must be requested and shipped back within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
Condition of Return
Returned items must be:
Unused/unwashed/unworn
In original packaging
Include all accessories/manuals/gifts
Missing items or signs of use may result in a delayed refund or no refund.
Restocking Fees
Returns due to customer error (when accepted) are subject to:
20% restocking fee, plus
The original free shipping cost (deducted from refund)
Return Shipping
Our error/defective item: We will refund or remake your item. If confirmed defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

Customer error (when accepted): Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and tracking must be provided.
All returns are inspected. If the item has been used (washed, worn, altered), it will be sent back to the buyer without a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued for:
Approved returns (per policy)
Items that are out of stock
Orders placed by mistake within 1–2 days before processing
Refunds are processed within 21 days of approval/return delivery.
No exchanges (most items are customized).
Shipping Time
Most orders process and ship within 2–14 business days, depending on the item (ready-to-ship vs. pre-order) and stock availability.
We do not ship on Sundays (unless arranged).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Free USPS, UPS shipping on all orders.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries in Europe, North America, South America, Africa & Australia
Rates are based on weight
Customs/import fees may be charged on delivery (varies by country)
Carriers: mainly USPS & UPS (other options may be available)
