The Zapi Texture Renewal Service is a specialized care experience for lace-free, textured human-hair wigs. Each unit is carefully detangled, cleansed, deeply conditioned, treated and finished according to its individual texture and condition.

Our purpose is to restore softness, moisture, movement and manageability while preserving the natural character of the hair. Curly and coily textures are carefully redefined, while kinky straight textures are refreshed and finished without removing their natural texture.

This service is available exclusively for lace-free constructions, including U-Part wigs, V-Part wigs and Half Wigs.

• Final finishing and protective packaging

Light end trimming or reshaping may be recommended. This will only be completed with your approval.

Thoughtful Products for Textured Hair

We do not believe in using the same routine or products on every wig.

Every product is carefully selected according to the texture, color and condition of the hair. We use quality, texture-appropriate products and do not substitute low-quality products to reduce the cost of the service.

Colored hair receives a separate, color-conscious care process using products selected to cleanse, condition and treat the hair without causing unnecessary dryness or fading.

Colored Wig Care

A wig is considered colored if it has been bleached, highlighted, lightened, custom-colored or treated with permanent or semi-permanent color.

Colored wigs require a more specialized product selection and treatment process. For this reason, colored units do not qualify for the $180 natural-tone collection rate.

This service is intended to cleanse, condition and preserve the existing color. Color correction, toning, bleaching, re-dyeing and root-color services are not included.

Additional Service Charges

The listed prices apply to wigs in reasonably maintained condition. Additional charges may apply to:

• Excessively tangled or severely matted hair
• Extra-long or exceptionally dense wigs
• Units requiring extensive reshaping
• Wigs with damaged caps or loose tracks
• Units requiring an unusually intensive treatment process

We Do Not Accept

• Lace-front wigs
• Closure wigs
• Frontal wigs
• Silky straight, body-wave or loose-wave wigs
• Synthetic wigs
• Units containing excessive glue or adhesive
• Heavily damaged units that cannot be safely restored
• Units showing signs of mold, infestation or unsafe contamination

This service improves the softness, manageability and overall appearance of eligible wigs. It cannot permanently repair severely compromised hair fibers, replace missing hair or reverse extensive shedding.

Turnaround Time

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for bookings containing one or two wigs.

Larger collections are welcome. Turnaround time for bookings containing three or more wigs will depend on the number of units and their individual condition. Your estimated completion date will be confirmed after the collection has been received and assessed.

Very large collections may be completed in carefully scheduled batches to ensure that every unit receives the proper level of attention.

Shipping or local collection time is not included in the service turnaround.

Clear photographs may be requested before your booking is approved.
